Corporate Law Clerk – Opportunity with a Leading Legal Team
Are you an experienced Corporate Law Clerk looking to join a dynamic law firm or in-house legal department? We’re currently recruiting for a skilled professional to manage corporate minute books, prepare essential corporate documentation, and support complex transactions across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze corporate minute books and records; recommend corrective actions and draft required documents.
Prepare and file key corporate documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Amendments, Continuance, and Amalgamation, including drafting share provisions.
Manage extra-provincial filings across all Canadian provinces.
Draft corporate resolutions and supporting transaction documents.
Prepare documentation for business purchase and sale transactions (asset or share-based).
