Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on high-value M&A transactions
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Conducting due diligence and drafting key transaction agreements
• Assisting with capital raising initiatives
• Drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements
• Advising on joint ventures and other commercial arrangements
• Managing dissolutions and restructures of companies, trusts, and other entities
• Providing guidance on franchising operations
