Key Responsibilities:

Advising on high-value M&A transactions

Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts

Conducting due diligence and drafting key transaction agreements

Assisting with capital raising initiatives

Drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements

Advising on joint ventures and other commercial arrangements

Managing dissolutions and restructures of companies, trusts, and other entities

Providing guidance on franchising operations
