Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide legal support on M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and drafting/negotiating key transaction documents.

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documentation, including leases, sale and purchase agreements, and related property contracts.

Prepare, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (e.g. services, supply, vendor, and confidentiality agreements).

Provide timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, managing legal risk appropriately.

Liaise with and manage external counsel and other advisors as required to support transactions and projects.
Requirements:
5+ years’ post-qualification experience advising on complex M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, deal structuring, and drafting/negotiating SPAs, shareholder agreements, and ancillary documentation ...
