About You

This firm is open to either a mid-level or more senior practitioner. If you have a minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years experience, gained in corporate law, from a reputable practice, then you will be considered for this practice. You will have gained exposure to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and experience in regulatory compliance would be highly regarded. If you are looking to step up and work with some major national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, this is the role for you.
