As a Corporate Lawyer:



+ Ensure that the Sanofi legal entity structure is kept in accordance to business needs and legal requirements

+ Ensure appropriate corporate governance standards

+ Ensure timely implementation of complex French company/corporate law restructuring transactions, multi-jurisdiction restructuring transactions and support of M&A transactions
