Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Corporate Lawyer
to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the organization's legal interests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advising management on legal risks and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, Companies Act 2017, labor laws, and other applicable legislation.
Handle corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
