It has EUR 30.6 billion in assets under management as of December 2022. They invests in the energy & environment, digital technology, transportation, and social infrastructure sectors.
London has a Head of Legal and 5 lawyers (across Europe).
What problem is the client trying to solve?
We are providing a suitable replacement that can assist with their deal work for 12 months.
What will the role involve?
Our client have a relationship with a Legal Tech platform specialising in NDAs and engagement letters. They use this service to complete the bulk of the ancillary work arising from each of their PE transactions.
