Job Description

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in energy, M&A, deal work, and complex contracts, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong understanding of Philippine energy, corporate laws, securities regulations, and international transaction practices.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
