Key Contributions

• The Corporate Lawyer will assist the Assistant Vice-President of the Corporate Affairs Group and the Corporate Secretary in preparing legal opinions and other legal documents, including company policies, contracts, disclosures, and pleadings.
• The role will also require monitoring of the company’s compliance with regulations issued by government agencies, including the National Telecommunications Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the Philippine Stock Exchange.
• The Corporate Lawyer will also be tasked to review and draft contracts, support various departments in contract negotiations, and provide legal support and guidance in administrative investigations involving company employees.
