Role Overview

We are hiring for a client operating in a highly regulated industry, seeking a senior Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal counsel and ensure full compliance across the organization's operations, policies, and business transactions. This role serves as a trusted legal advisor to leadership, supporting corporate governance, risk management, and informed decision-making as the business continues to grow.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 9.00AM - 6.00PM
Work setup: Onsite

• Provide timely and practical legal advice to management and key stakeholders on corporate and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to protect the organization's interests
