Provide Legal advice and guidance to various business units and departments, including human resources, business development, operations, and finance.
Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, ect.
Review and approve legal documentation, such as corporate filings, contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
Manage all phases of the cases involving the company/LKY Group
