CORPORATE SENIOR / JUNIOR LAWYER:
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, contracts, and discovery-related documents;
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal instruments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the objectives of the entities within the system;
Represent the organization, its affiliate entities within the system, as well as their officers and employees, in court proceedings, administrative hearings, mediations, arbitrations, investigations, negotiations, and other legal processes, as may be necessary.
Strategize and prepare for trial, mediation, and arbitration, including case assessment, coordination of evidence, and witness preparation.
Provide sound and strategic legal advice to management, officers, and departments across the entities under the system on matters involving rights, obligations, legal risks, and compliance.
