Job Description

Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic real estate team in the MEA region. In this role, you will play a key part in providing legal advice and transactional support across our real estate and logistics parks operations, with a primary focus on KSA. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting corporate governance and risk management initiatives. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential. 
Your Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, such as service agreements, licensing arrangements, consultancy agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
