Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Drafts, create, edits and implement legal contracts.
• Reviews documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance regulations.
• Communicates with in-house and external legal counsel to prepare transaction documents.
• Represents the company in legal deals, negotiating, modifying and executing business deals.
• Advises the internal stakeholders on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and help in developing favorable terms for the company.
• Advises stakeholders on risk and compliance matters
• Protects the interest of the company by managing potential legal risks and violations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as law, political science, or business
• Juris Doctor Degree from a recognized law school
• Must be a bar passer and with an active license.
• Must have at least 3 years working experience as a corporate law...
