Job Description

What you'll be doing?
Give clients legal advice on issues pertaining to the establishment, reorganisation, and shutdown of businesses.
Write and lead negotiations for agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to business transactions.
Give informed guidance on corporate governance issues, mergers, and acquisitions.
Serve as a client's advocate during commercial dispute resolution processes.

What's your profile?
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate law practice.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven track record of handling complex legal matters
