Role SummaryResponsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts (licenses, services, supply) and legal documents; providing legal opinions; and managing corporate documentation.Supports internal clients across MX and LATAM, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.Key Responsibilities- Draft and review contracts and legal documents with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Negotiate terms under Legal Director supervision.
- Coordinate with internal clients and external counsel.
- Manage document control: versioning, signatures, renewals, and digital/physical storage.
- Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other teams to align contracts with corporate policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies (anti-corruption, privacy, IP) and local regulations.
