This role ensures smooth governance, compliance with regulations, and strong inter-entity agreements while minimizing legal exposure and maintaining readiness for unforeseen challenges.

- Establish and maintain corporate entities & fully operational companies across jurisdictions (researching the most suitable company type jurisdiction, finding the best services, and liaising with banks to open a bank account).
- Manage compliance and filings with local regulatory authorities.
- Ensure inter-entity relationships are properly documented and legally sound.
