Job Description

Our client is an established boutique law firm, seeking a dedicated Corporate Legal Associate to join their teams. 
Role Description  
Mergers & Acquisitions: Legal due diligence, SPA for shares, business/assets, joint ventures (incorporated & unincorporated), private equity 
Commercial Contracts: Drafting & reviewing distribution, supply, manufacturing, service & agency agreements 
Qualifications  
2 to 5 years of relevant corporate legal experience 
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and hands‑on 
Strong drafting skills with the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively
