Corporate Legal Counsel

We’re hiring: Corporate Legal Counsel (Remote | Preferably Pune) Oyster Shield is growing, and we’re looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our global legal operations team. This is a remote role , ideally based in Pune , working with private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) backed companies , as well as fast-growing organisations , across the Europe, UK, US and India. You’ll work at the intersection of law, business, and operations , supporting software-driven organisations on: SaaS and technology contracts Commercial negotiations and deal support Privacy, data protection (including GDPR), and compliance ESG and governance initiatives Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations What makes this role different At Oyster Shield, we don’t operate like a traditional legal function.
