The Position
We are looking for a well-rounded corporate lawyer with experience within either capital markets, financing, M&A, joint ventures, shipping, energy and/or insurance with a sound understanding of corporate governance. The right candidate is proactive and a self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment.
The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and is part of the company's Group Legal & Compliance department. The department consists of 13 in-house lawyers and advisors who assist the group with legal and strategic advice across business areas.
Our legal team plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic and operational goals by providing clear, risk-based and solution-oriented legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.
