Corporate Legal

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Corporate Legal & Finance Analyst to support our Legal, Finance and Compliance functions. This role combines corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management, financial analysis, and strategic research — including identifying potential companies for acquisition.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support corporate restructuring and establishment of subsidiaries/branch offices
• Prepare and maintain board documents (minutes, resolutions, corporate records)
• Review, draft, and manage contracts (leases, insurance, service agreements, subscriptions, technical services, etc.)
• Ensure timely SEC compliance, including GIS filings and regulatory submissions
• Review and analyze intercompany agreements and support finance compliance requirements
