Corporate Legal Manager

About the Role:

We are urgently looking to onboard a skilled Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation (PTC/DA) , debt documentation , and co-lending structures . This is a high-impact role, pivotal to enabling and supporting our core lending operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of financial and lending agreements in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:
• Co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCs
• Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
