We’re partnering with this highly regarded firm to recruit a Corporate / Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join its Brisbane team. You’ll work closely with industry-leading partners in a high-performing yet genuinely supportive environment.

The Role:

Your work will include:

• ASX Listing Rule compliance (~50%)
• Capital raisings including IPOs and private placements (~30%)
• Corporate governance (~10%)
• ASIC investigations (~5%)
• Company secretarial matters (~5%)
