Qualifications

Requirements:

• You are SG, UK, US or Australia qualified, with strong academic performance
• 2-8 PQE
• You are ideally from a peer international firm, or one of the big 4 local firms
• You have experience with cross-border M&A transactions
• You enjoy working on challenging, novel deals while being in a supportive environment with good training
