Corporate M&A/PE Partner

Our client is the Paris office of a long-established and storied Anglo-Saxon International law firm.

This ambitious firm has strategically grown its international footprint over the past decade, driving the firm towards a €1 billion dollar turnover. There has been a particular emphasis on growth in mainland Europe and their full-service Paris office is a key hub for major national and cross-border transactions, projects and disputes.

The firm is keen to appoint a Corporate partner (or team) with a focus on upper mid-market M&A and Private Equity deals. You will be an established partner with a strong profile amongst sponsors and corporates active in the national and international markets, with a proven track-record of revenue generation. For the right individual this could be a head of practice appointment.
