What you'll be doing?
Arranging transaction-related board meetings, which involves drafting meeting minutes and assembling board packages.
Preparing Luxembourg legal documents based on fund flow information provided by the product operations or investments team.
Assessing and confirming the accuracy of legal paperwork drafted by lawyers, including equity commitment letters, meeting minutes, and loan agreements.
