We are in search of an experienced and driven Corporate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment to support our small Legal department of two attorneys.

What You’ll Do

• Corporate Governance, HR & Compliance
  • Maintain corporate records, minute books, and cap-table documentation.
  • Assist with formation, qualification, and dissolution of subsidiaries and SPVs across multiple states.
  • Track annual reports, business licenses, and registered agent filings.
  • Prepare board consents, written resolutions, and officer certificates.
