My client is a fast-paced global media company who are looking to appoint a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the legal team in helping to manage a portfolio of entities for the group.

This is a newly created role in a small legal team where you will manage your own workstreams and be given lots of autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the formation, maintenance, management, and dissolution of legal entities across the group.
• Manage Companies House and other governance related filings and corporate records checks.
• Working closely with international corporate service providers to manage and maintain non-UK entities.
• Maintain and update corporate records and organisational documents across the group.
