ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our lean legal team and work directly with the General Counsel. This is a hands-on role spanning three areas: commercial contract management, corporate compliance, and IP/patent administration.

If you have strong contract and compliance instincts, enjoy building systems and processes, and thrive in a fast-moving tech environment, this role is for you. Prior in-house or SaaS company experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Management

+ Maintain Pixalate’s contract repository in Salesforce — ensuring MSAs, Service Orders, amendments, and NDAs are organized and audit-ready.
