Corporate Paralegal

This role requires managing core corporate legal functions alongside the development, implementation and oversight of data protection compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide corporate governance support such as drafting corporate resolutions, board minutes, and the like.
• Draft, review, and proofread standard corporate documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct basic legal research on relevant cases or procedural rules.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel on various corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law, securities law, and other related topics.
