This highly regarded national practice, consistently recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a Corporate Partner to launch and lead its Birmingham corporate presence.

This represents a rare opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong and growing corporate practice across the UK, while taking ownership of a strategically important role.

The role will involve a broad spread of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. Instructions will be generated through a mix of local business development and referrals from the firm’s established national client base.
