The Project Management Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate projects within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role provides administrative and coordination support to the Strategic Planning and Execution Manager, assisting in project tracking, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The position ensures that all agreed Critical Corporate Projects are effectively monitored and executed to support FELCO’s overall goals, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and retention.

• Maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, reports, and meeting minutes, following FELCO’s Project Templates.
