Job Description
1. Assists the superior in making Annual Business Plan by providing the necessary data and information through coordination with all concerned departments.
2. Assists in the preparation as well as establishment of the annual budget plan in conjunction with all concerned departments as well as any succeeding revisions.
3. Input the necessary data such as financial results and the forecast for Management Meeting Materials, Per Segment sales gross profit and IFO, BS & P/L for the period covered.
4. Assists in the consolidation of other reports related to financial statements of both plants.
5. Assists in submission of various documents to the Head Office.
6. Do other clerical tasks such as Audit in EMS inventory, update of attendance, filling of OT form, update of 1 year Forecast, preparation of PEZA related documents and the like.
7. Consolidates monthly morning gathering report and action plan meeting.
