We are seeking a decision scientist with corporate real estate experience that can aggregate complex data sets and turn them into predictive insights & modeling to help drive real estate optimization decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a business intelligence framework for corporate real estate decision-making


• Aggregate, analyze, and interpret data across real estate, HR, and finance functions


• Develop models related to real estate utilization, occupancy planning, capital investments, and property depreciation


• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders


• Partner with strategic business leaders to guide decisions on workforce planning (attrition, hiring) and physical space optimization
