Corporate Real Estate Transactions Manager

This is a position for a member of the real estate team who will negotiate real estate transactions for NVIDIA’s portfolio. The Transactions Manager will work primarily across APAC and India leading transactions while working closely with the rest of the team to ensure that we meet all obligations in a timely manner. As part of a larger team, each of us takes ownership of our individual roles and responsibilities while closely collaborating with other teammates and partners.



What you’ll be doing:

+ Lead negotiations and oversight of office, lab, garage, and other leasing transactions in APAC and India.

+ Secure the best business and legal terms aligned with NVIDIA’s business outlook and standards.

+ Optimize the current portfolio’s cost and footprint while ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
