Corporate Recruiter (BOG)

Overview

Horatio is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to be responsible for the full spectrum of hiring of Staff vacancies, from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. The Corporate Recruiter responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, conducting interviews, and proactively identifying new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment of Staff vacancies and great communication skills in English and Spanish.
