Position Overview
Zinade Tech Corp is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership roles.
This role requires a recruiter who understands employer branding, candidate experience, and how to attract high-performing professionals in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively build pipelines for critical business functions
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and functional fit
