Corporate Recruiter (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates in the field of energy including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extending job offers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicants
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Plan interview and selection procedures
• Assess candidates' information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
• Participate in salary negotiations
