Corporate Recruiter

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to fill roles efficiently and with high-quality talent.

You'll play a critical role in scaling our teams by building strong candidate pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Screening

• Manage and optimize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases
• Proactively identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates
• Review resumes, assess candidate fit, and conduct initial interviews
