Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter will be handling end-to-end recruitment processing of
candidates for our support roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, and creates job advertisements to be posted on job boards and social media
- Management of Job portals and boards
- Sourcing for sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs
- Screen and interview candidates in accordance to company, client and account qualifications
- Scheduling of candidates for Hiring managers interviews
- Maintain effective relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads
- Have occasional recruitment calibrations to align with needs of the client
- Keep track of daily, weekly, monthly reports on hiring needs
- Conduct job offer, contract signing and collection of requirements for qualified candidates
