• Strategic Prospecting: Conducting cold calls to identify new business opportunities and build a fresh pipeline of corporate clients.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Meeting with high-level decision-makers, specifically within Accounts, HR, and Management levels, to present tailored training solutions.
• Account Management: Maintaining and following up with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnership.
• HRDC Specialist: Promoting HRDC-claimable courses, acting as a consultant to help clients navigate the levy system and maximize their training budget.
