**Job Summary:**

Directs the development and implementation of Cummins’ Corporate Responsibility strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Serves as an internal resource to leadership for Corporate Responsibility issues. Facilitates meetings with executives to develop Cummins’ Corporate Responsibility strategy; develops and directs projects to implement the strategy; works with business units and functions to develop appropriate internal and external projects and long-term employee involvement plans.
