Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow new and existing relationships within key customer accounts by understanding their business structure, decision makers, and ongoing needs.
  • Maintain updated records of account history, activities, and opportunities while consistently identifying and pursuing new prospects.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the full suite of solutions, including Managed Print Services, Production Printers, Managed Content Services, Managed IT Services/ Business Solutions.
  • Analyse account potential through white-space mapping to ensure full coverage and uncover opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.
  • Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through face‑to‑face engagements, calls, written communication, and social platforms to create strong funnel momentum.
