Job Description

  1. Assist customers and provide accurate product or service information
  2. Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
  3. Handle customer transactions and sales documentation accurately
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, email, or online channels
  5. Prepare and update simple reports using spreadsheets
  6. Use Google Forms for data collection, customer information, or internal reports
  7. Send professional emails to clients and internal teams as needed
  8. Maintain proper filing and records of sales-related documents
  9. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily sales operations
  10. Perform other sales and administrative tasks as assigned
