Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in rooms, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and day-out sales. This role requires building and maintaining client relationships, developing targeted sales strategies, and collaborating across departments to optimize occupancy, event bookings, and overall revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans with the sales leadership, focused on room sales, MICE business, and day-out bookings to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients and event management companies. Manage the entire sales cycle for MICE events, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and follow-up to ensure successful event execution.
