Job Responsibilities:
Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporation, changes in company officers, and share transfers.
Handle and submit statutory filings and transactions with ACRA and IRAS in a timely manner.
Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions, minutes for Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) and Annual General Meetings (AGM), statutory forms, and other related corporate secretarial documents.
Ensure all secretarial files, statutory registers, and corporate records are accurately updated and properly maintained.
Perform onboarding and ongoing due diligence checks for new and existing clients.
Assist with other corporate secretarial duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Corporate Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
