Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements. Act as Company Secretary of clients Handle corporate secretarial matters, including incorporations, restructuring, and striking-off, Conduct AGM, EGM. Prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory records, and XBRL filings Ensure timely submissions to ACRA, MOM, IRAS, and other authorities Provide corporate governance and compliance advice Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with auditors, regulators, and external parties Lead and support a team while assisting the manager, senior/junior on secretarial and administrative tasks, coach and review work of junior te...
