About the opportunity
Canada’s reporting and assurance standard-setting system is currently in a transition period as it evolves toward a new, independent governance and operational model. During this period, foundational structures and supports are being put in place to enable the future organization that will oversee and support Canada’s standard-setting system on an ongoing basis to ensure it operates in the public interest.
We are seeking a Corporate Secretary to support to senior leadership, staff, and board members involved in this work. The role supports operations and governance activities during the transition and contributes to the effective functioning of the standard-setting system. As a Corporate Secretary, you will manage day-to-day activities and strategic alignment of emerging issues and themes.
