Corporate Security Manager

Oversees the management of security on all HMDC BU operated facilities, to ensure the development and implementation of efficient security operations and cost-effective security systems across all HMDC Group
Ensures alignment of Security policies and procedures.
Identifies and implements new security processes, technologies and systems to improve and streamline security processes and the use of resources across HMDC facilities.
Provides strategic direction for security training, employee security awareness, emergency response and security incident management.
Approves monthly contract compliance reviews undertaken per site as well as conducts a quarterly review and evaluation of SGF per site in coordination with SEs and MOMs.
Conducts a periodic risk analysis of the threats, hazards and security vulnerabilities of all HMDC facilities to include establishing countermeasures in addressing or reducing these risks to an acceptable level.
